This material is easily cleansed using a a damp white cloth or sponge. A rug pad is not included so be sure to pair it with one to prevent slips and to add cushioning. Make sure to vacuum with the bar set to the highest pile height. Set your vacuum's power setting to low and instead of going back and forth, vacuum one section then turn and repeat to the next section.
