We want you to love your home.  This is why Artiplanto offers a 15 day no fuss return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Below, we're outline the process of returning or exchanging your Artiplanto product.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To begin the return process, please contact our team. They will assist you with what is needed for the return.  Within 72 hours of warehouse arrival, the returned product will be inspected by our team.  Once the condition is confirmed as-new, the refund will be issued by our team.  It may take up to 10 business days (depending on the policy of your card) for the return to appear on your statement.

RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

We love our decor, and want you to love it as well. When our products are shipped, they are packed with utmost care in a way to avoid damages in shipping.  Please place your returned product in its original packaging.  If it has been discarded, don't panic, for a small fee our team will repackage your product. 

RETURNS MUST BE IN AS NEW CONDITION

Returned products can only be accepted in as-new condition.  Products with stains, cuts, scratches, holes or any modification are not eligible for return. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note, products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN REMOTE AREAS

We want the Artiplanto experience to be accessible to those in remote areas.  While part of the additional delivery costs to out of routine delivery areas must be passed on, returns are processed deducting our standard $19 (for smaller items) or $49 (for larger items) return cost.  

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

The return shipping cost is at the same flat rate as our standard shipping ($49 for larger orders, $19 for smaller orders delivered by courier). If you want to return your Artiplanto product (s), we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping fee.

WARRANTY

In the rare event that your Artiplanto product arrives in an imperfect state, please email photos to service@artiplanto.com.  Our 1 year warranty (starting at the delivery date) covers defects in workmanship and materials.  Please contact our team if you're concerned about a warranty issue.  We will work to make sure all issues are addressed and ensure your Artiplanto product is in a perfect state.   This might involve us shipping you replacement pieces, setting up repair, or (at our discretion) a new replacement.  Warranties are non transferable, and are not extended when re-sold.  Warranties apply on products used for their intended everyday purpose.  If damage occurs to the product because of misuse, accidents, commercial use, negligence or abnormal use, the Artiplanto warranty will not cover the defects.
