Refunds & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Frequently asked questions:

You can exchange or receive a refund within 15 days after reception of your order.

Due to border regulations USA orders are always considered FINAL sale, and not eligible for a return or exchange. (Exceptions may apply)

Sale items marked with an automatic discount regardless of the value, can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 15 days of the receiving date.

For all returns or exchanges:

-In the same condition that you received it
-It must be in the original packaging.
-International return shipping costs are not covered by Artiplanto. Please contact us so we can assist you with the return, as shipping over the border is a different process. 

Price Match

The following items cannot be priced matched:
-Any items that becomes "final sale"
-All special promotion items. Price matching will not be applied to any items bought during the following sales/promotions: (including but not limited to) Early Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Massive Holiday Sale, Boxing Day Sale.
-Promotion cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in the promotion rules.
-Promotion can only be applied on new purchases. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded in a form of another gift card.

How to Mail Back an Online Return

1. Contact Artiplanto’s team, and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return. Pictures of the items may be required.
2. Place the item into the styrofoam support and attach it to the box; then place it into the original box and seal it securely. (For any additional items added in the box, additional shipping fees may be applied)
3. Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided over the original shipping label. Important: Make sure the previous label’s barcode is completely covered. A return postage fee of:

Canada 4ft and under (Per Box) 40$CAD
Canada 4ft and up (Per Box) 60 $ CAD
Canada Baskets (Per Box) 25 $ CAD

USA 4ft and under (Per Box) 60$ CAD
USA 4ft and up (Per Box) 75$ CAD
USA Baskets (Per Box)32$ CAD

4. Drop off your package at the shipping carrier location.
5. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
6. Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, we will instruct you how to package them
7. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Artiplanto does not refund duties or taxes.

Order Cancellation

Hit the Submit Order button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help. During Artiplanto Concierge hours only. Cancelling orders is only possible if your order has not shipped. If your order has shipped, we cannot provide a refund until the item is sent back to our warehouse. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet after 10 business days of the product arriving in our warehouse, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
